Every year the Product Managers of the Fritzmeier Cab Group meet to inform each other about current, up-coming & phase-out projects and to share news of each plants and discuss the market situation.
This gives the employees of the Fritzmeier Group the chance to meet their colleagues from others plant locations, who are often responsible for similar products of the same customers and thereby improve the across locations collaboration.
